Based on their abilities and personality, who'd be the best dancer in the Narutoverse? I'll start.
The good
Sakura: Why? Precise chakra control will allow her to insert just enough chakra to her feet to make her move like water on the dance floor. Medical ninja evasion skills gives her subtle movements.
Itachi: Sophisticated, classy. He can read his partner's footwork with his sharingan and he'll be able to pull crows out of his sleeves as a party trick.
Sasuke: Has the sharingan to read movements but he can also rinneiblitz across the dance floor and open portals which he can pull his partner in and out of. This will be sure to shake up any ballroom.
The bad
Hinata: Still doesn't know how to rotate, which implies that her footwork isn't great despite coming from a taijutsu family.
Naruto: Shadow clones can't help him here since they'd step on each other's toes and Kurama is too big for the dance floor. Naruto would be all out of ideas.
