Sorry Minato fans but I think A is stronger than Minato. A lot of people disagree but it is my opinion.

I disagree with your list on some levels. but oh well... also it's a plain fact that naruto has surpassed his father it's been stated and it's evendent by feats and demonstration of power. top ten is a subjective thing soo whatever man... naruto is still lower on some aspects than the 4th, like intelegence and well... thats about it. i personally think there have been a good few nin that have surpassed him.

I disagree with your list for the simple fact that tobi admitted to being weaker than madara and jiraiya being stronger than madara. Those are two things that everyone knows to be absolutes.
