mabey they are good shinobi but they are bad sensei

for example : messi is the best football player but he can't coach and he can't teach you how to play football ..

choice one of leaf sensei like asuma ,guy or kurnei or 3rd hokage but i think kakashi is the worst sensei amoung them because he's the reason of team 7 separate from each other , naruto went with jirya , sakura with tsunade and sasuke left to orochimaru and kakashi was so careless ..
he's the strongest amoung the sensei's but he's very bad sensei

I agree on the sensei, but all Jiraiya's students weren't shinobi everyone looked up to. We don't even know who Minato's teammates were, so they must not have been too memorable.
