Decalvan Brothers stomp in an absolute landslide. You're putting two guys who became respected captains in the New World, and worthy enough to be put in charge of Whitebeard's fleet, against two random goons from East Blue. To put this into perspective; Jango, who was Sham and Buchi's supperior, was one of the few people knocked out by Luffy's CoC. That puts him among the weakest of people there, and the Decalvan bros were among the strongest allied captains under Whitebeard.
