1. Luffy. Last time I picked Kuma, but I don't think we've seen the extent of current Luffy's powers yet.
2. Doflamingo... I guess.. Difficult choice

4. Crocodile. Moriah is weak. He relies on other people's strength(his zombies), not his own. Him by himself isn't that hard to deal with.
