Who would win? Itachi vs. Kisame *May Contain Spoilers*

Can anyone take My comments into consideration, please.

Itachi will win regardless of which part of the story you make him fight Kisame.
Even if Itachi is blind and near death he would still make filets out of Kisame.
The only time Kisame can win is before Itachi awakened his sharingan so that would be anytime before age 8.
