It's obvious the Pirates would win, whitebeard could kill an admiral with 3 hits, you can't argue on this, he was almost dead and still he beat him in 3 hits . akainu was just "lucky" , now obviously he can beats the same easy the other 2 admirals . End of conversation.
Shanks crew can beat all marines we don't need the other 2 yonkou or straw hats ... still if whitebeard is able to kill just one admiral he can kill alone all vice-admirals ...Now about the shishibukai, the only hard one to kill would be mihawk since he can fight one on one with shanks
