I'm only here to point out that Sakura was not born with strength and it is not a bloodline...it won't be passed on. The strength comes from being able to focus her chakra which is something she can do due to her massive level of intelligence. It's the same reason she can be a great medic, she can focus her chakra exceptionally well.
So doing the no pants dance or the crotch jamberee, will not give any children Sakura's strength...rather they'll have a watered down Sharingan which the kid will no doubt choose to use over everything else and result in an over-confident, strength lacking, half-sharingan user....
