You have ignored the fact that level two can barely keep up with base lee speed and i know you cant prove that he trained his sharingan, so sharingan isnt much of a factor, thats like saying sasuke cant hit neji because he has byakugan, he maybe could but neji is superior to sasuke in this scenario

No YOU have ignored the fact that Sasuke has 3 tomoe sharingan, read the OP.
And as I've already explained, it was before his training, the reason why he couldn't keep up with Base Lee's speed was because he wasn't fast enough to react, this is not a factor anymore after his training. Actually Sasuke is superior to Neji after his training.

i overlooded that,sorry but STILL most of his speed and power back when fighting naruto came FROM the curse mark. restricting this is basically restricting half his power, if he couldnt react to lee then, even with the training he had aquired he will still have a really tough time comprehending 64 palms, any physical move is blocked with palmed rotation. how is sasuke even hitting him? like you said speed right now means very little since hes got byakugan and hes almost on parr with 3 gates lee ALMOST

That was one swipe of a one tail cloak naruto, and in the scna you provided sasuke looks like he evaded it by the skin of his teeth. i dont thinks hes evading all 64, if it gets too much he can use 128 palm. and sasuke would have wasted chakra doing chidori in the first place.

Speed is speed, no matter how you put it. I'm not comparing characters as a whole by using A>B>C logic but I'm simply comparing their speed and overall reaction speed. Simply say that you failed to comprehend my reasoning.

I proved you that Neji wouldn't be able to hit him and you couldn't counter it.

I proved you that 128 palm isn't a cannon jutsu even though you thought it was.

Epic fail since all he learned in his training was chidori, there is no proof whatsoever saying that he worked on his speed and evasivness. its like saying naruto got faster after learning rasen shuriken, no he didnt the training was just for a new jutsu, just liek sasueks training. you have no proof that he was faster than lee without weight because no where near the chunin exams/orochimaru outbreak does it show him demonstrating this so called speed, neji is based on gentle fist, internal damage and your telling me sasuke would destroy neji? please!

I rewatched the Gaara VS Sasuke fight recently, and yes, sasuke did become a lot faster in his training with Kakashi.

I think its hard to choose but i think neji was stronger then sasuke at pt 2. I cant remember kakashi exact lines but kakashi said
"sasuke wouldnt be ready for this guy" something like that, i know he was talking about gaara or neji either one.

neji didnt seem all that worried about lee's 5 gates and challenged him to a fight after his turn to good. that means he belives speeds not anything he cant handle. sasuke has chidori and katon. katons useless and chidori would leave sasuke too open to attack. sasueks only ranged move is too weak and you pretty much need ranged jutsus to even stand a chance vs neji
