Who would have won?

Back in pt. 1, who would have won between two of the strongest genin, Neji Hyuga and Sasuke Uchiha?

The two genin are as strong as they were at the end of pt. 1, the only restriction is no curse mark for Sasuke, he still has 3T though.

It depends, is it before Sasuke's training with kakashi or after? If it's after then Sasuke wins easily, if it's before the training right after the forest exam then Neji takes this low diff

Neji wins. The only move Sasuke learn after training with Kakashi was Chidori which doesn't make a difference since Neji can use Kaiten to defend himself.

Sharingan couldnt even keep up with base part 1 lee and keep in mind base neji is much faster than lee plus his figthing style gives him the advantage. 64 palms immobilizes him and if chidori comes at him its a straight palm rotation. sasueks chidori limit back then was 2

Epic fail that was way before his training. After his training he was even faster than Lee without weights and even Neji couldn't believe it when he saw Lee's speed. Sasuke would fodderize Neji in a taijutsu fight, he doesn't even need to use chidori or any fire style jutsu.

Epic fail since all he learned in his training was chidori, there is no proof whatsoever saying that he worked on his speed and evasivness. its like saying naruto got faster after learning rasen shuriken, no he didnt the training was just for a new jutsu, just liek sasueks training. you have no proof that he was faster than lee without weight because no where near the chunin exams/orochimaru outbreak does it show him demonstrating this so called speed, neji is based on gentle fist, internal damage and your telling me sasuke would destroy neji? please!

I knew someone would remember to bring his speed up. If speed is everything Sasuke needs then why was Lee saving the Gates to defeat Neji.
And Lee's speed > Sasuke's copy skills. Also Sasuke never showed the same speed as Lee without gates, using the sharingan to copy doesn't mean you can perform, his body cannot reproduce the same speed as Lee because he didn't trained to do so.

And Lee's speed > Sasuke's copy skills. Sasuke copied Lee's movements but couldn't use them just like Lee because his body reflexes aren't the same.

What can i say, ive been beaten HOWEVER... your still overlooking one simple fact. lee in base w/o weights cant defeat neji which is why GAI said he was saving gates for neji so alltogether that proves your scan invalid

Yes but Sasuke doesnt only have Lee's speed and reflexes he also has the sharingan, combined with his speed Neji isn't landing one hit on him.

Level two can interperate taijutsu to an extent and seeing as its not level three at this stage and time, his ability to overlook lees base taijutsu still remains flawed, neji is faster than lee w/o weights, if he wasnt then lee wouldnt have felt it necessary to learn gates. i like the fact how you negated byakygan completely, no matter what angle sasuke comes at its futie, however given your argument i will say neji wins mid diff

By level two you mean 2 tomoe sharingan? Nevermind, the OP says sasuke has 3 tomoe sharingan so it's not debatable.
Care to provide a manga scan that proves Neji is faster than Lee without weight? I highly doubt it's true.
And Sasuke would win actually, it's useless if neji cannot hit him.
