Sasuke stomped Gaara in the Chunin staduim, then Gaara passed out, Temari,and Kankuro ran away from Sasuke while Sasuke chased them for like an hour with no rest ready to fight them all,meawhile Gaara napped,then when Sasuke catches up he goes Bijuu, and acts like he's boss.

Also Gaara tried turning Bijuu in the staduim, he was prepping for it then Sasuke stopped it with Chidori.

Naruto beat Gaara with the Gamabunta,and the Kyuubi's help. If Sasuke's match didn"t get interrupted he would have been declared the winner.

The Chuunin Exams? That depends on whether or not Naruto would summon Gamabunta for a CE fight, which I doubt. It also depends on whether or not Gaara will give into Shukaku, but since you said this is the post-CE Gaara, then he won't do it, in which case:

1. Naruto/Sasuke
2. Gaara
3. Lee

If they are all aiming to kill/win at all costs, though (for some weird reason), then it's like this:

1. Naruto (with Gamabunta)
2. Gaara (with Shukaku)

Kidomaru was stated to be the strongest out of the sound 4. However Kidomaru had stated that out of all the sound ninja, Kimmamoru is the only ninja to put up a great fight which to the extent of putting him defeat. In other word that makes Neji top 3-5.

In my opinion I think it goes like this.

2. Sasuke
3. Naruto/Neji
4. Naruto/ Neji

Huh? The only reason she sent out Shikamaru was because Konoha was still recovering from the destruction they received from the invasion.Tsunade noted on this to Shikamaru at the beginning of the Sasuke Retrieval arc.

As i pointed out before,beconing Chunin was determined by skill,leadership,and strategy.

As i explained to Mitsuki,the test wasn't based on just power. Naruto didn't display qualities of a Chunin which Neji did (Retrieval arc),Sasuke,Shikamaru,and Gaara did.

What do you mean? Are you saying the reasons on which people are choosen to be Chunin doesn't matter,and Naruto would become a Chunin cause he can summon a big toad?

Naruto was already said to not possess the qualities of a Chunin, Sasuke was.Whether he was chosen or not,he was still said to be on Chunin level,unlike Neji,and Naruto who were specifically said to be on Genin level

By the end of Part 1 Sasuke,Neji,and Gaara would probably easily become Chunin,Naruto still did not display Leadership qualities,or strategic ones. Power is not everything.If it was then he would have become a Chunin from defeating Neji.

If Sasuke and Gaara's chunin exam continued, Gaara would have been declared the loser (since he was knocked out) and I doubt the organizers would have allowed a Shukaku rampage if they were ready to dq Sasuke for unleashing the cursed seal.

Naruto Vs Sasuke would be the next match and Sasuke, like he did throughout part 1, would overwhelm him. We saw at VOTE Naruto couldn't live with Sasuke's speed in both his base mode and when Naruto was in KN0 mode. Sasuke has katons to render his clones useless and chidori (which he wouldn't use or need) in his pocket if needs be. We all saw how fearful Naruto was of Sasuke when he used chidori on Gaara. Naruto knew what was up.

Sasuke would then face Temari is the finals. He'd chidori her since she's not from the same village.
