Sasuke lost to garaa, lee lost to garaa, all the chunin exams monsters had already lost to him except for neji who would end up the excat same way however naruto solo'd with gamabunta so it would obviously be him

Sasuke stomped Gaara in the Chunin staduim, then Gaara passed out, Temari,and Kankuro ran away from Sasuke while Sasuke chased them for like an hour with no rest ready to fight them all,meawhile Gaara napped,then when Sasuke catches up he goes Bijuu, and acts like he's boss.

Also Gaara tried turning Bijuu in the staduim, he was prepping for it then Sasuke stopped it with Chidori.

Naruto beat Gaara with the Gamabunta,and the Kyuubi's help. If Sasuke's match didn"t get interrupted he would have been declared the winner.

Point is he was sick, weakness for his charcater. And Gaara pushed him to that point and survived against him to that point.

Lee would have won the chunnin exams. I don't think it's debatable really. No one besides Gaara. was durable enough to tank a barrage of attacks from 5th gate lee. Who Kakashi with a 3T sharingan couldn't track. He absolutely humiliated Gaara, who had never been hit before. Had the gates not taken such a huge toll on his body, and gaaras sand not cushioned the impact of hidden lotus (along with his sand armor). Lee would have moved on to finals and negged everyone.

Oh yeah I was assuming healz in between. Lols they still got time to rest while watching the other combatants. There's no guarantee he would Need 5 Gates for any of them he only had to go so far because Gaara.

End of Part 1 Gaara would never use Shukaku but Gaara still wins if Naruto is not using Bunta.
