Who would have preferred if Hinata died in place of Neji?

I personally would of hated that a lot lol but at the same time it's a shame that neji died but on the positive side it helped naruto as a character i guess. It took both hinata and kurama too snap naruto out of his depression though.

I dont know why did Neji had to die, seriously all we saw are random fodders finally Neji dies like that.it does not have any weight and situation was so lame.
If it was fodder Hinata,Naruto would have raged out and done something and No more hinata meant end for NaruHina.Hinatas death would have serve better plotwise.

No, Kishimoto was right to kill off Neji. Sacrifice was needed,it's a war and it couldn't be avoided.
