Who would be the Tobirama of Naruto's generation?

Edit: Since Neji is dead, probably Shino.

Team Kakashi has nurtured him a little but Sai still passes on Danzo's ideals in some way or another. It's more likely than Chouji or Shino or something. Shino is actually very kind-hearted and follows the rules and what is right, he looks shady and has the voice but I don't see Shino like that.

Anyone ever watch Gurren Lagann? Neji reminds me a LOT of Rossiu, a seemingly just and rule obeying character that goes too far with 'justice'.

I could've imagined Neji that way too.
