No. You gave me your opinions and they are admittly good points but, alas they are opinions.
Who would be stronger between Sasuke and Naruto if this happened??

Dumbass....Itachi didn't let Sasuke out off Tsukuyomi and if did let him out why was Itachi so shocked Sasuke broke out off it? and have you heard something like only an a bloodline Sharingan Uchiha can broke out off Tsukuyomi.........try reading the Manga carefully before you posting dumb shit like this.

Sasuke wouldn't get to the level of BM but he probably would still be stronger, that is assuming he could even hold the kyuubi, which he couldn't.
At the end it would be EMS + KM Sasuke vs 3 tomoe + BM Naruto. Which I guess is somehow balanced, since EMS is a lot stronger than just 3 tomoe, but also is BM a lot stronger than KM, and Naruto would probably still get SM.
With only tomoe Sharingan most Sasuke would be able to do is supress kyuubi to not take over.
With MS/EMS could possibly control it at times and even get KM, but he doesn't have KA so he can't keep kyuubi under genjutsu forever.
For BM you need cooperation, and by taking control of him, Sasuke would only enrage the kyuubi even more, cause kyuubi would feel used, etc.
Naruto could possible unlock MS by the dead of someone like Jiraya, but he'd be better off not using it, to not go blind lol.

no man they are facts check it out:
sasuke has shown time and again that he cant make friends with anything and has to resort to control.....to control kurama would drain his chakra the whole time so it would be a disadvantage
naruto has more chakra to begin with....fact no need to explain
cant go bm mode without a direct link to kurama ....shown by gin and kin and naruto no being able to do it but then naruto linked up and bam km and bm
you can call them opinions if you want but they are all back up by manga material
itachi did let him out and on top of that he put on a good show......or did you think when he acted cray he was actually crazy as well haha
