Naruto if he had both the sharingan and kyuubi or Sasuke if he had both, but both still went through their same lives as we've seen in part 1. Sasuke gets the sealed half kyuubi somehow at the start of shippuden and naruto would get the sharingan at the same time through danzo. The kyuubi still is in naruto and Sasuke just has the chakra, but naruto cannot deactivate the sharingan and automatically has 3 tamoe.
I think Sasuke(ignore the avatar) because he is already accustomed to the sharingan and therefore has better control over it. Not only that, but he learns fast even without the sharingan (fireball Justu) and only has the kyuubis chakra so he can freely control it and even go kyuubi cloak mode when he chooses (kin Gin bros).He still would have gained MS at the same time and be able to get EMS when he goes blind,and since he would control the chakra better maybe he would even be able to go KCM or maybe even BM with no 5 min drawback (debatable). Also he would heal faster wouldn't get tired as fast. Lastly he would still have the curse mark since he probably would've been able to beat oro with the kyuubi and wouldn't have had to trap him inside his own body.
I think that naruto would get stronger a lot faster to since he'd learn things quicker with the sharingan and would probably get MS when pervy sage died and would've learned sage mode faster(maybe don't really know) as well as RS. As for the kyuubi not wanting to help him he could easily genjutsu him into doing what he wants and would've probably gotten KCM and BM faster.
But the best reason I could think of why Sasuke would be stronger is because naruto wouldn't be able to get EMS. I also think he'd learn everything to do with the kyuubi chakra before naruto.

Thank you for the people that liked this thread, but I actually got the idea from someone who had already mentioned something like this in another thread and the thread was "if naruto acquires the sharingan he's by far the most powerful ninja ever." and the post was by Armathyx.
