Think of it this way Kisame and Guy have fought so far to a draw, Guy and Kakashi are said to be rivals, Kakashi Sharigan has given Him the edged over Guy, so it would be the Sharigan that would normally give kakashi an edged over Kisame, but it might be close because Kisame former partner was Itachi giving Kisame experience when facing a Sharigan user, I would give the victory to Kakashi by a hair.
