Who will represent the Mizukage at the kage summit?

Yea...I doubt the Mizukage (Tobi) will be there.
1) If he did, it'd have to be w/o the mask because too many people know the man in the mask is with Akatsuki. But he wouldnt go w/o the mask in case someone would recognize him.
2) If he went, it'd blow the Tobi=Danzou theory, and I think Kishi likes to keep us guessing about that stuff, so he won't do anything to blow any of the theories, not for a little while more I think. Probably not till Tobi is ready to make his move w/o using pawns like Akatsuki and Sasuke.

there isn't any actual proof that tobi/madara is still the mizukage. the only reason we know he was the mizukage at some point was because kisame addressed him as such. and kisame left the mist at some point and became a missing nin, so for all we know, there is a new mizukage that replaced tobi/madara

because the only kages we have seen r all of the hokages
the current raikage
& only 3 kazekages
He will most certainly be there.....if Orochimaru can trick his former sensei, the 3rd Hokage, into thinking he was the Kazekage, then Madara can do the same at the summit. It would be stupid of him not to go, they're discussing what to do about him. Its very important information for him to have. The only other possibility is to send Zetsu to record it.

Wikipedia is written by dudes like us. Whether Madara is or was a Mizukage is uknown and any point is just a speculation.
I think that he is former Mizukage but cant prove it. I dont understand what is peaceful trying to prove other thn acting arrogant and making other people hate him.

And there is no proof in the manga that Madara is the FORMER Mizukage.
Now what are you trying to say ?
I share the same opinion as you --> I think that he is not a Mizukage anymore. But at the same time I cannot know if it's true or not.
