Who will represent the Mizukage at the kage summit?

I ask because Madara revealed himself to be the current Mizukage and I think this is what he meant when he said he had other business to attend to(going to the kage summit). But how would that work if Danzo will also most likely be present at the meeting. I'm sure that danzou would recognize that its madara. So who will take the spot?

he might not be the current Mizukage, think about Minato and Sarutobi they where Hokages at the same time though Minato was the active one while Sarutobi was retired, so maybe thats the case with Madara too

And he will tell everyone that yes, he was the one who Ordered to capture Kirabi and destroy konoha and that he did many other bad things against the other villages... And everyone will remain quiet, because they will be afraid of being owned by the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Then, he will say that the summit is over, teleport out of the meeting room and everyone will start talking and saying how stupid he is and that they disagree. Then he appears behind them big table and says that he heard everything they said and so then everyone says that they are sorry and that he is right and that the summit is over and it is time to go home.

Then they go home and start acting as if nothing happened at all. Konoha guys will rebuild Konoha, Naruto will fight Sasuke and Kirabi will fight Kisame.

Madara will laugh at the Kages because of their cowardeness and unability to equally face him. He comes back to his akatsuki could ugly grave made of stone and starts sitting there doing nothing as usual till something else happens. And that is when Zetsu reports him that Sasuke has been defeated by Naruto and that Sasuke's mind is changed and now he is loyal to Konoha again. Madara will say something like "wtf" and will say that he has to settle things with Konoha and because he has to, he will come to KOnoha and try to destroy it with mangekyo Sharingan. Unfortunately he remembers that Mangekyo sharingan has no Shinra Tensei ability and it cannot destroy the whole Konoha with one shot, but he thinks that that's no problem, because he still can control Kyyubi but remembers that Kyyubi is sealed within Naruto. He thinks of a plan when he is attacked by Ten-Ten and Ino...

Ten-ten opens a schrool and sends lots of explosive kunai at Madara Uchiha. He starts to panic because he thought he has never seen so many kunai at once sent by one ninja. Unfortunately for Ten-ten he dodges all the kunai and says that he does not want to kill her and that it would be much better for her to go away right now. Unfortunately for him, Ten-ten opens another schroll and shoots even more Kunai..

why shouldnt he? is there a better possibility to come to know about your enemys plans than a meeting to exchange information and discuss strategies?

as long as they dont recognize him, a meeting is the best thing that can happen to him. and if they recognize him as uchiha madara (which is pretty unlikely because he was last seen about 60 years ago by the first) they still cant find out that he's the leader of akatsuki.
if they find out than he knows that there must be a spy, and can easily teleport away.

No. It is the former Mizukage. We cannot change the way the manga is.

He will most certainly be there.....if Orochimaru can trick his former sensei, the 3rd Hokage, into thinking he was the Kazekage, then Madara can do the same at the summit. It would be stupid of him not to go, they're discussing what to do about him. Its very important information for him to have. The only other possibility is to send Zetsu to record it.
