Seeing as how most of the Rookies are jounin level, it's reasonable to assume they'll be undertaking teams of their own soon. Who do you think the best and worst sensei would be? You can include Naruto/Sasuke/Sai as well.

Best: Naruto. He can make Kage Bunshin to focus on/train each student, teach them value of hard work and never giving up, and would protect his squad and finish every mission with ease. Not to mention teaching them tactics and how to stay cool in a fight.

Worst: Chouji. He has very limited skill as a ninja outside of his Expansion jutsu. And they'd constantly be eating barbecue and not getting shit done.

the fact that this naruto fapboy said naruto sasuke and sai lmaoooo gtfo
Are you genuinely retarded? I said that because K11 as a title doesn't generally include all of them. I was referring to the Rookies as an all encompassing unit with clear boundaries as for allotment of choices.

Not surprised you wouldn't rationalize that with a name like "Itachi Uchiha Solo King", you plebeian. You are excused from my thread.

Kishi already said Sakura would be the best Sensei out of Team 7 because Naruto is too stupid and Sasuke doesn't like people lol. The worst might be Chouji or Kiba. I think Ino would make a great Sensei too.

Best

1) Neji
-Neji was the most skilled of the Genins and Chuunins and the first of them to become a jonin. He mastered the 128 palms, acknowledged Naruto's ideals, gave his life to protect he and Hinata and was an amazing tactician.

2) Ten Ten
-Ten Ten has received little airtime and development, but she is Konoha's best markswoman, a great tactician and holds her emotions in place.

3) Lee
-Lee is still a bit emotional, but has matured a great deal. He follows Gai's ideals to the boot, will pass down the secrets of the eight gates, never gives up, a great tactician and observer, protects his friends and team mates.

4) Shikamaru
-Shikamaru possesses the skills and maturity to become hokage. If only he were more powerful. He is incredibly intelligent, tactical, observant, oversees the chunnin exams, was recommended to become one of the 12 shinobi guardians, understands the will of fire and inherited Asuma's strength, values his comrades over himself and does his best to keep them safe, keeps his emotions in check and has developed his jutsu quite radically like Neji, Lee and Sakura.

5) Ino
-While still a bit emotional, Ino has matured a great deal as well. She let go of her obsession with Sasuke, kept her emotions to a minimum, even when her dad died to stay focused, is much more urgent and tactical has become a great healer and developed her jutsu well to the point that Hashirama could take advantage of it.

6) Naruto
-Naruto has been a sensei since day one when he inspired Konohamaru with his ideals and began teaching him jutsus. His will never burns out, he never complains, works very hard, has consistently developed his jutsus and become quite powerful, become quite tactical, finds the flaws in all the villains' logic and ideals and has a thing about him that draws people.

7) Sakura
-Sakura started out quite weak, but it was clear she was the academically the best. Knowledgeable of chakra and its properties as well as bukujutsu and genjutsu. Now she has become an amazing physician, tactician, healer and user of taijutsu like Tsunade and taught Ino the same principles as well. She has also learned to keep her emotions intact, as well as remain vigilant and cautious.

Worst

1) Chouji
-Chouji has improved a great deal, but is still nowhere near to level of skill or maturity as his dad. He isn't very calm or tacticious, still a bit cowardly and showed that he was still far too emotional throughout the second part of the series. He could not keep his emotions in check about his dad or Kakashi when Pein invaded and killed them, ran in half-cocked when Hidan insulted him and cried again for Asuma when his edo tensei was released. Asuma and his dad have no doubt inspired and strengthened him, but at the moment, I just don't think he's matured enough to be a sensei yet.

2) Kiba
-Kiba has shown throughout the second part of the series to still be quite arrogant and a show off. He complains constantly, won't let things go, shows envy towards Naruto and Shino, doesn't focus on tactics, and so on. I will admit he's skilled with Akamaru and his fang over fang as well as physically strong, but he doesn't possess the humility yet to be a sensei.

3) Shino
-Shino is skilled, focused, strong, driven, tactical and keeps his emotions in place in battle. He has one problem that beats all those however. He is very silent, negative and bi-social and thus probably not suited to be a teacher. Students need open, inspirational teachers, not recluses.

4) Hinata
-Hinata, like the rest of the Chunnins has grown stronger both in skill, power and emotion. However, she still possesses a near pure and timid heart. And as the hyuuga princess, I'd say she still needs a lot more experience and to become battle hardened before becoming a sensei.

The bottom four I'd say could probably go on more difficult missions or join the Anbu to mature and become more experienced. As a result, they could probably become more efficient squad captains and senseis.

After a lot of thinking, I put the K12+Sai like this:

1. Neji
2. Shikamaru
3. Hinata
4. Sakura
5. Sasuke
6. Naruto
7. Shino
8. Ino
9. Tenten
10. Lee
11. Sai
12. Kiba
13. Choji

I see Neji a lot like Kakashi, but that focuses on all of them. He is good at taijutsu, ninjutsu, intelligence, analyzes well, has good chakra control, and is a good scouting ninja. He's all around a perfecy canidate for a sensei. However, he lacks one thing. Life.

As for Choji, his ability is very limited and he's quite soft. He has super strength and stamina, but outside of his clan techniques, I don't see him being the best sensei.

Even though Shikamaru is my second choice, he is the best one alive now. He is smart, knows how to improve his students, calm, calculating, and would risk his life for his people quite a lot.

INB4 Sasuke/Naruto fanboys:

Naruto has a good mindset for a teacher and trained Konohamoru quite well, however...not everyone can use rasengan, kage bunshin, sage mode, have biju powers, or wanna summon a toad. He might get a kid with wind style, but it's quite rare in Konoha. His jutsu variety is quite limited and I don't see him having the booksmarts to help them improve otherwise. He could very well end up like Jiraiya though in intelligence wise though, but I'm basing this off of now.

Sasuke, okay I was originally going to say him as the best. But he honestly doesn't care that much, and I can see him sacrificing one of his students for the good of the misson. But he's probably going to be the most diverse of their generation, so he could teach and train them good. Sharingan techniques, taijutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsu, intelligent, slightly above average strength, high speed, large stamina, and great chakra control, senjutsu knowledge, summoning prowless, three different elemental variants, kenjutsu, shuriken jutsu, and overall historical knowledge. But he has the mindset of a shinobi, not a sensei.

Shikamaru or Sakura would probably makes the best senseis at this point. I would've added Neji but...

Hinata and Sasuke would be the worst senseis.

Naruto would make a great sensei.

Are we forgetting that Naruto has already blessed his disciple with the legendary Rasengan and sexy justu. I think he's gotta be at least in the top 3 for that.

He also has:
Morals
Values
Leadership Qualities
Kakashi's & J-Man's teachings

Well, I'll say something about these who I think could become sensei, because I really don't see some of the rookies being senseis...

1. Shikamaru - he would be the best sensei, he's the smartest out of the K13 (because I include Sai) and he's strong too. I can see him being the sensei of Asuma's son's team. After all, he promised to Asuma that he'll take care of the "King", didn't he? That's how Kishi foreshadowed that he'll be great sensei in the future.

2. Naruto - well yeah, it's true that he's dumb at moments, but his ninja way to never give up and his will to achieve his childhood dream, this is something that he and he alone possesses in the manga. And it's true that the Shadow Clones would be very useful in his "career" as a sensei. And on top of that, he would never let someone hurt his students, which is very, very important for someone to be great sensei.

3. Rock Lee - he's a bit like Naruto, because he's hard worker and he never gives up, and he is also Guy's apprentice. They're like father and son, and we can say that he'll be just like him when he grows up to Guy's age. The fact that two of Guy's students, Neji and Lee, are one of the strongest of the K13 shows that he's great sensei, Tenten's also good with the Bashosen, so I think Lee has what it takes to inherit his sensei's position.

4. Sakura - She's smart enough, strong enough, she can teach one of the team to be a medical ninja, which is very important for one squad. I'm sure that she'll surpass Tsunade one day as the strongest Medic in the manga, and I believe that she can be great sensei, something that we didn't see from Tsunade, for example.

5. Sasuke - the reason that I put him at 5th place is that he "hates everything and doesn't like anything as a whole". =D Of course, he changed a lot since he said these words, but he's still a bit selfish, like Kakashi once was. But now, I believe that Sasuke and Naruto both answered that they want to protect their friends when Hagoromo asked them, it looks like that he finally found his reason for living and his skills and knowledge will be amazingly helpful, to anyone he's training.

6. Chouji - he's very kind character that cares deeply for his comrades and friends. While he's not that strong as the five above, he can still become a great sensei, because of his kindness and goodwill. Usually the people with Kekkei Genkai aren't good sensei, because they can't teach their students of some of their techniques, but even though Chouji won't be able to teach his subordinates his Expansion Jutsu, he can still train them and help them to achieve their own special traits and skills.

That's it, since Neji is dead I think that it's useless to write a text about him. And the others, well, Tenten, Ino, Kiba, Hinata, Shino and Sai. Ino is more of a support, she is very weak at taijutsu and stuff and her skills are only Kekkei Genkai, so I can't really see her becoming a sensei. Perhaps Tenten could become one, but she's only skilled with Ninja Tools and that's not a big deal, especially in the current part of the manga, where God-like powers are springing from everywhere. Kiba and Sai are just not suited, I remember how Kiba said during the Chunin Exam to go and steal the other teams' scrolls, so they can't advance to the Third Exam. That's when they found Gaara's team and he could've kill them if Kankuro and Temari didn't interfere. I'm not sure that any team needs a leader like that. Sai is somewhat dark, I can't see him lead a team. The same counts for Shino, while Hinata, she's too kind, I bet she won't become sensei, if Naruto becomes Hokage, she'll be something like Shizune is to Tsunade, perhaps become his wife in the future? But who knows, it's Kishi's manga, he decides what will happen after all. :)
