Well, I'll say something about these who I think could become sensei, because I really don't see some of the rookies being senseis...
1. Shikamaru - he would be the best sensei, he's the smartest out of the K13 (because I include Sai) and he's strong too. I can see him being the sensei of Asuma's son's team. After all, he promised to Asuma that he'll take care of the "King", didn't he? That's how Kishi foreshadowed that he'll be great sensei in the future.
2. Naruto - well yeah, it's true that he's dumb at moments, but his ninja way to never give up and his will to achieve his childhood dream, this is something that he and he alone possesses in the manga. And it's true that the Shadow Clones would be very useful in his "career" as a sensei. And on top of that, he would never let someone hurt his students, which is very, very important for someone to be great sensei.
3. Rock Lee - he's a bit like Naruto, because he's hard worker and he never gives up, and he is also Guy's apprentice. They're like father and son, and we can say that he'll be just like him when he grows up to Guy's age. The fact that two of Guy's students, Neji and Lee, are one of the strongest of the K13 shows that he's great sensei, Tenten's also good with the Bashosen, so I think Lee has what it takes to inherit his sensei's position.
4. Sakura - She's smart enough, strong enough, she can teach one of the team to be a medical ninja, which is very important for one squad. I'm sure that she'll surpass Tsunade one day as the strongest Medic in the manga, and I believe that she can be great sensei, something that we didn't see from Tsunade, for example.
5. Sasuke - the reason that I put him at 5th place is that he "hates everything and doesn't like anything as a whole". =D Of course, he changed a lot since he said these words, but he's still a bit selfish, like Kakashi once was. But now, I believe that Sasuke and Naruto both answered that they want to protect their friends when Hagoromo asked them, it looks like that he finally found his reason for living and his skills and knowledge will be amazingly helpful, to anyone he's training.
6. Chouji - he's very kind character that cares deeply for his comrades and friends. While he's not that strong as the five above, he can still become a great sensei, because of his kindness and goodwill. Usually the people with Kekkei Genkai aren't good sensei, because they can't teach their students of some of their techniques, but even though Chouji won't be able to teach his subordinates his Expansion Jutsu, he can still train them and help them to achieve their own special traits and skills.
That's it, since Neji is dead I think that it's useless to write a text about him. And the others, well, Tenten, Ino, Kiba, Hinata, Shino and Sai. Ino is more of a support, she is very weak at taijutsu and stuff and her skills are only Kekkei Genkai, so I can't really see her becoming a sensei. Perhaps Tenten could become one, but she's only skilled with Ninja Tools and that's not a big deal, especially in the current part of the manga, where God-like powers are springing from everywhere. Kiba and Sai are just not suited, I remember how Kiba said during the Chunin Exam to go and steal the other teams' scrolls, so they can't advance to the Third Exam. That's when they found Gaara's team and he could've kill them if Kankuro and Temari didn't interfere. I'm not sure that any team needs a leader like that. Sai is somewhat dark, I can't see him lead a team. The same counts for Shino, while Hinata, she's too kind, I bet she won't become sensei, if Naruto becomes Hokage, she'll be something like Shizune is to Tsunade, perhaps become his wife in the future? But who knows, it's Kishi's manga, he decides what will happen after all.
