Well there are so many...oh you mean black and white zetsu, I think he will be pretty toughf to kill maybe the black can just run and fuse with any white he chooses. Probably Yamato will defeat him.

i think he'll end up being killed by a more minor character like shikamaru or neji. because madara did say before that black and white zetsu was not a fighting type. he may just be used to survey the battle and give reports to madara. He will probably have to be forced to fight.

the 100,000 zetsus created by madara have been strenthened by kabuto using yamato, so they can probably fight.That's why they are marching to face the "shinobi", so basically the white zetsus will be killed by the alliance of shinobis.I don't know what will happen of the black zetsu though.
