If you are saying who will beat Madara ? Then it's Naruto .

but if you are saying who can beat Madara or at least fight him on somewhat equal terms with his current state ? Then It's Naruto or Nagato.

Like I said Sasuke at his current level can't even see well , so he stands no chance , maybe when we see the EMS abilities , so it's still unkown.As for Kabuto he didn't show anything that can defeat Madara , moreover he wanted to be on Madara's good side as he couldn't fight the Rinnegan,but things may change when he shows us that jutsu.

The reason I chose Naruto is obvious , which is the plot . He has the best chance of defeating Madara due to the plot as the question was who will defeat , not who can defeat.
