I agree on the Bee part. But for Tsunade i think her purpose and goal in the manga is to see Naruto become the Hokage. Thats what brought her into the manga. She wants to see Dan and Nawakis dream come true through Naruto. So I think she will survive atleast until he becomes Hokage.

But, Tsunade said she put her life on the line for Naruto, so he could fullfill his dream. I can imagine she dies protecting him and then she knows that Naruto will become Hokage some day. But then again i feel thats like to "kill her off" badly. After all, she has only experienced bad stuff through her life, give her some good moments too :/
