Who was your favorite? Amon, Unalaq, or Zaheer?

Zaheer>Amon>Unalaq.

Amon. He was the most powerful one too!

Unalaq was the most powerful as the Dark Avatar. Blood Bending wouldn't work on him.

I found Amon to be much more intimidating than Unalaq. Zaheer is great too, but Amon is my favorite.

Tarrlok was my favorite character so naturally I like Amon the most.

I want to say Zaheer, but something about him leaves me wanting more for some reason. He is fabulous, though.
Amon was great, but Unalaq was crap.

Meh, I'll go with Amon for now.

I mean, the idea of Amon seemed more cooler to me (imo), but Zaheer is definitely more badass and ruthless.
