if you meant the weakest then the obvious answer is Hidan.

if you meant "overall" as a character then it's Deidara, never liked him.

I don't see why people think Sasori was the worst, he was really cool, and he makes a great puppet as well for Kankuro.
The true worst Akatsuki members were Sasori's underlings and all of the other Jobbers, like Kakazu's Bankers and associates.

I say Hidan. I just don't like his personality at all, he was downright annoying and pretty dumb. Also, while I like her design and powers, Konan is a bad member since she isn't a full-fledged standalone member but an attachment of Nagato.

If anything he had a favorable matchup anybody that has decent speed would have shat on him while he still had his puppets that suck out
