Minato saved the village and did DIE with his baby ma' leaving great power in his son/taught 3rd RDS.(naruto Leaf Hero)
Hiruzen died defending Leaf after he let his own student get away once...to come back and cause terror...smh.too nice for own good
Tobirama kinda caused more harm than good? maybe..(EdoTensei/Uchiha exile/Danzo's ideaology.
Hashirama too powerful..woah!!the future Hokage's should have thoroughly watched his corpse.(3rdd mostly)
