[Discussion] Who was the best hokage?

Who actually was perfect as a hokage....

It could not be Tobirama Or Hiruzen as Because of them the Uchihas were annihilated...

Tsunade is good,one of my Favorite Characters But not her...

I go with hashirama or minato....

What do you think??

Don't say so and so just Because you like him...answer according to capabilities!!

Well Tsunade was a really good one she used all of her chakra during the pain arc to heal as many people in village as she could.
She really good at assigning teams for the right mission.
She is a Sannin.
So I go with Tsunade because she is currently alive ( She may die) She was the most useful kage in the Madara fight.
I say tsunade was.
Minato and Hashi were good ones but we don't know to much about them yet. Minata did defend the village against Kurama and Obito.

Probably Hashirama.

Not only did he create the entire village and spark the Will of Fire ideology, but he was powerful enough to protect his villagers and spread peace.
He clearly cared for all his villagers, even the Uchiha despite their past rivalry.

Explain to me how he caused it exactly. Didnt kakashi caused it from him killing rin? Or did hashirama cause it from letting madara live?
