As much as I hate to say it, the 2nd hokage was the best and realistic hokage out of all of them.

Even Orochimaru thinks the 2nd hokage is the best. Sasuke even called him "lord 2nd". Orochimaru and Sasuke got respect for tyrant leaders.

Minute if he lived longer he probably would have mastered sage mode and addhis chakra nature to the rasengan. He probably would have created another great jutsu too

Going to pick Minato. He seems to be the type to handle things more effectively. He sealed Kurama but believed he would work with Naruto in the future. Hashirama started this Bijuu Zoo business. Tobirama antagonized the Uchiha for "safety". Hiruzen seems to be the second best after Minato but should have killed Orochimaru and killed Danzo earlier.
