Its Chuck Norris that was more like a dad!!!! He pawns all!!! with his round house kick he taught Naruto how to combine wind nature chakra with a rasengan. Cause his kick cuts even waterfalls. And he even taught Itachi tsukuyomi, come on guys, what can be more devastating than looking in Chuck Norris's eyes for more than a few seconds??

I chose Iruka since even Jirayah acknowledged Naruto as his grandson. NOT his son.

And Iruka was there for Naruto when he needed him the most when he was younger in the Academy.

Even though jiraiya acknowledged naruto as more like a grandson, he played much more roles than a grandfather. He was at times a brother, friend, father and teacher. Of course Iruka was there for the moments when naruto needs some cheering up, or some ramen. But that's not all being a father is about... I thin Jiraiya definately fits the role of a father.

Whilst:
Kakashi - Teacher/ much older brother
Iruka - Brother
Minato - Idol
