I think it's Izuna Uchiha as they way Madara reacted cos he was like shocked/scared? But I might be wrong.

I'm pretty sure the elder Kage's wouldn't scare him..and When he said he can use them for war purposes he meant the other coffins Kabuto showed to Tobi and I'm pretty sure Tobi was scared when he saw the last coffin cos of his reaction and What he said.

Madara is the strongers shinobi in the world ATM, so who could possibly be revived (no it cant be any of the hokages as they were all sealed) that would be on par with him? the only real logical answer would be the sage of the 6 paths. Because this last coffin wasn't used in the war. Obviously becuse no one wev'e seen has been that strong. Really if you were madara the only people you'd be scared of is him and his mum.

Well yeah, Madara is the strongest Shinobi in the world, but besides that, madara was'nt scared, just kind of bafled.
It could be someone who knows of his powers weaknesses, or how he survived for years.
But in terms of power, it won't be stronger than him.

You guys are forgettin that while it might be unlikely its rikudou sennin there is still the possibility thats it Izuna. Other then the first hokage Izuna is the only other person who could battle on par (for those that are just slow that means that he is just as powerful as) with madara. So yea its probably Izunaxd
