Depends what you mean by natural potential.. I mean Sasuke was born with the sharingan to me that's natural potential however imo the 9 tails chakra was implanted in Naruto and is not natural, but his will to train and the way he mastered sage mode was natural potential... hmmm yh I'm going with Naruto on this one

Rinnegan? When did Sasuke ever unlock such an eye? And, MS, EMS, KCM, BM are all not considered natural potential here. The Rinnegan is the next evolution, after EMS. So, even if he did have the rinnegan (Which he doesn't) it probably wouldn't be accounted into natural potential.

naruto was 13 when he learned that jutsu aswell sasuke was much younger when he was performing that katon jutsu. it was only A rank because it was forbidden not because it was hard to perform. now when sasuke was 13, the same age as naruto at that time, he graduated at the top of the class.. sasuke would never have graduated at the top of his class if naruto had more talent.

its unlocked by the pain of loss. its an internal phenomena inside of the uchiha's brain. how is this not natural? sasuke never killed his best friend but losing his sanin sensei and/or brother triggered his MS. killing your best friend is not how you gain ms, the pain it causes is how you gain ms....

look. you keep mentioning jutsu rank. its S rank because its unique to naruto and forbidden. S ranked jutsu are unique/forbidden skills. A rank are simply forbidden and not unique to one ninja.

B-E rank are all in reference to power and difficulty to learn.

Sage mode was the best part of your argument. Thats the Extent of narutos natural talent and MS is the extent of sasuke's natural talent. from then on out they each sought power from outside sources. naruto had to work hard for sage mode. sasuke didnt work at all for MS. meaning his potential is higher than naruto's because he developed a power to rival narutos without working.
