The rule is that Two MS pairs make for a single EMS pair. Now why on earth would anyone grant their eyes to another for the creation of EMS in the first place? Second is the issue of potential. Sasuke was chosen by Obito and Orochimaru, because his eyes had more potential and possessed more power than Itachi. Which could mean that not everyone is even capable of unlocking EMS.

This is further backed by the fact that Obito relentlessly pushed Sasuke so that he would lose his light and would ultimately ask for Itachi's, resulting in pairs' fusion to create EMS. Rule or no rule, two people or not, EMS cannot be attained outside the clan, which would make it a natural progression. And as only the Clan is capable of fusing the eyes in the first place and is capable of awakening this final eternal light, my point still stands. Heck the whole Light and Eternal thing is deeply allegorical in terms of fictional Uchiha history. How can anyone NOT see this, I am flabbergasted.

So because all of Kurama's Jins have been Uzumaki we are suppose to affiliate him with the Uzumaki similar to how the Sharingan is affiliated with the Uchiha? That makes no sense at all.

That wasn't my point. My point was just as having a body suitable for hosting a tailed beast doesn't make it natural for you to become a jinchuriki, having the potential to acquire power by taking someone else's eyes isn't natural either, even if it' something only members of your clan can do.

Only with regards to the EMS.

If Uzumakis are the only capable vessels for kurama then him being an "Uzumaki thing" is just as viable as the ems being an "Uchiha thing".

Both need a secondary source of power (Another Uchiha's eyes, Kurama's chakra) and both cases require a third party to perform the technique of transferring that power (Sealing of Kurama, transplant of the eyes).

So yes, in essense it is quite easy to argue that Kurama is just as much an "Uzumaki thing" ans the EMS is an "Uchiha thing".

But that is only if the Uzumaki are the only people capable of being Kurama's jinchuuriki.

SM Naruto vs MS Sasuke

It's hard to say who has the most natural potential as they're only going to be using EMS and Kurama now. However based On what we've seen in the manga, I'm going with Sasuke. He's a fighting genius, and in power he edges out a victory against current SM Naruto.

1. naruto with ma pa fused owns ms sasuke
2. naruto fighting genius too

sasuke OFC. both are lucky to have sharingan and to be a jinchuriki, however sasuke was born with more true potential.
however, naruto trained his ass and surpassed sasuke. so the answer is SASUKE but naruto eventually went trough that phase of his life, naruto has got stronger

You know this whole debate could have been avoided if you had bothered to look up the word "natural". EMS being clan specific doesnt make it natural. The point is it an MS wouldn't evolve into an EMS unless you take someone's eye, i.e make an alteration to your body.

The word natural here would work as a Jargon, and even then, I hardly see any difference. Still doesn't mean the progression is not natural in regards to Uchiha Clan and their rites which work in isolation from the entire Narutoverse.

Sorry, but I don't accept that the Mangekyo Sharingan is not a part of someone's natural potential. Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, agreed, because it requires you to use someone else's eyes.

Naruto's maximum potential without Kurama is just Sage Mode. Sasuke's is MS. I think it's more or less equal, though I'd give the edge to Sasuke. Of course, unlike Naruto, who can spam SM whenever he wants, using MS too much would drive Sasuke to blindness, so it depends.

Am sorry but ur definition of natural is dissimilar from everyone else. Kaskashi and Danzu acquiring ms by taking uchiha's eyes= unnatural?. But sasuke & madara taking eyes from uchihas = natural because they are also uchihas? So when does it become unatural? When "sasuke & madara" take senju dna?
Whatever the case being, if we go by the thread starter's definition that excludes ems as a person's body cant naturally produce 2nd eyes.

Dude stop clutching straws and accept ur inevitable fate. The thread starter has made a HYPOTHETICAL scenario where sasuke doesnt have ms(as he views is unnatural[he can go further and class sharingan itself unatural])). If u want make another thread which define natural differently, feel free to do so. But as readers, we can choose to say having a special ability is unnatural by our standards and not even the writer can refute this. Thats the priviledge we have and excercise. Now for some reason if u believe eye gouging is a clan specific rite and totally natural, fair enough but for the love of choas dont argue about an imaginary hypothesis within a fiction.
