It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

I then command one to slam his hand on the ground and send his chakra to the ground to detect chakra the pressure in the batte field thus allowing me to know your position even if i can not sense you. Noticing we are in the forest, Toshiro then reaslises the mist oozing from your mouth. As the mist has covered the terrain, toshiro performs 3 speedy handseals, and spins in a 360 degree motion releasing several blades of slicing wind that will strike you whist also blowing away the mist allowing Toshiro to regain clear view of his opponent (this happens very fast since wind is second affinity). As you are hit by the blades of wind, Toshiro then creates two large Dragons of ice from his fists that swirls around you at a fast pace creating a tornado of Freezing air. The dragons the circle around and attack you from different directions.

As i finish spewing my foggy mist out i see a huge bullet of wind heading towards me direction blowing the wind away granting me clear vision of your jutsu so immediately without any hand seals guren release a powerful huge blast of wind that pushes negates your wind bullets and neutralize each other.

As i see your ice dragons which come at me and enc-rile me i knead my katon chakra and release a massive intense hot flames of fire which goes in different dirction and which attack your to ice dragons causing a neutralizing effect as ice is neutral to fire.

As Toshiro recognizes the large wall of fire on its way towards him, he then kneed his ice release chakra through his body creating an armor of ice. Even though the armor is one rank lover it can withstand an S-rank fire attack. Toshiro the dashes through the fire. Because your view id blocked you cant see what is happening so toshiro releases a large spear of lightning that hits you the moment you try to make clones.

Description: the user will make the hand seals tiger dog boar and focus his wind and water chakra to every cell in his body he will then make the tiger hand seal once more and relase the chakra and the chakra will take a form around the users entire body in the form of armor ( like the armor in the the land of iron only made of ice) The special part about this armor is that where the joints are, the armor is made of movable snow so that his movement is not hindered. The armor is able to withestand fire up to A rank with out melting. ( s rank or higer fire can melt this) The user will not feel any big side effects from the ice jutsu due to his control over the ice.
note: only lasts four turns
note: no S rank ice /wind/water jutsu the turn after the ice armor wears off.
note: User is un able to perform fire style nin jutsu while armor is on

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

As discussed through vm[Your Armour would have melted after having taken in an s rank fire] as i am about to perform the single hand seal to create my clone i hear from a short distance a huge ray of lights[the jutsu emits sounds] i dont create the clones but instead i release a huge blast of wind from my hand without any hand seals which travels fast and clears everything in path and negates your lightning too.
