*At the moment I see the water I immediately send my chakra into the air to create a tornado of wind that draws up the water in a matter of a second and send it back at you. I being a master of water and wind can make this technique extremely fast.*

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

Description: The user is able to release a large net of fungus, from her hands or from the ground which can withstand the impact of huge boulders of rock and cease their movement. The user can decide to preform this jutsu to trap the opponent. The net will form any structure the user wants, being it a hand, a shield, pillars, etc.

A

Making 5 pillars appear around me, 1 right behind me, 3 midway through us and 1 beneath you. The pillars grow to form a large hand that pulls you in the air and grows around me, like a protective cocoon. The fungus that grow beneath your wrap around you tightly, sucking chakra out of you and generally decaying your flesh. When the water comes down on us, the hand inverts upwards, meeting the cannons at an angle so that they punch through the sides, knocking them off course, even if they don't get overpowered completely. Most of the fungus net gets ravaged and uselessly falls on the ground, but part of it are still attached to you, continuously melting your skin across the heavily soaked floor.

As soon as the fingers collide with the cannons, I use:

The toxic vapors it releases cause nausea and gradually multiple organ failure. If ingested directly, it will intensify and speed up the symptoms. The scent is heavily filled with blood, which produce the same effects of the Killer Intent Technique. The illusionary manifestation of the scent is the creation of hideous black maidens bathing on the perfume. These maidens will appear in the opponent's consciousness as the ones that use the Killing Intent, threatening to impale their eyes with their hands.

Releasing a mass of dark perfume from my hands, blasting it towards you. As it its created you feel paralyzing fear, not like a normal Killing Intent, but forcefully produced by scent of blood, nausea and the images of the maddens trying to impale your eyes with their bare hands. The perfume aims to blast you, drowning you in it's toxic core. As it hits you, soaking your skin and being absorbed by it, I quickly use:

Description:
User does 2 hand seals (Ram+Tiger) and focuses his fire chakra into a specific spot on the enemies clothes igniting them in a small cinder that creates smoke. This produces a small cinder spot that erupts in small flames. Its main purpose is to distract and confuse the enemy. However, if the enemy fails to put out the ignited spot it will eventually start to consume the clothes and create small open flames that will slightly burn him. This technique can also be used on paper or other easily flammable materials or to ignite a Fuuton jutsu.

Note: The ignited spot can easily be put out by taping it with an open palm or with a little water.
Note2: Enemy has to put out the ignited spot in the turn its used or in the next turn it will ignite the rest of his clothes.
Note3: Can't ignite flesh or wet materials.
Note4: The speed of ignition is slow except on paper or other more flammable materials.
Note5: Usable 5 times.
Note6: The ignition spot has to be within the users visual field.
Note7: Can only be taught by Scorps.

Igniting the perfume mass, taking advantage it's forward momentum so that I'm protected by it, adding the scolding and melting blaze of the ignited perfume to the toxicity of it's core.

*Upon seeing the pillars starting to appear I and I get grabbed and everything happens I realize I am in great danger so I release a large amount of Atmospheric Pressure from my body, sending thousands upon thousands small thin and icreadibly sharp blades of AP all around and beneath me, destroying your pillars and turning the whole battle ground to dust. This of course will also destroy the pillars you send to block the water so the water cannons would still continue at you and will also prevent you from finishing the rest of your move. Furthermore, immediately after I use this I drop the temperture around you, freezing your saliva and brain, letting you scream like a little virgin that is being raped, preventing you from using any ninjutsu while the wind and water destroy you. I, being an ice master can use this with no hand seals and quite fast leaving you with little to no time to react.*

The blades will completely surround the opponent and can be controlled by the user at will. The blades will all converge onto the opponent and begin cutting the opponent an incredible number of time from all angles possible turning where they stand into nothing but a pile of dust. The large amount of atmospheric pressure contained within the countless blades will cause minor cuts to the user when used.
~Can only be used twice per battle, and no atmospheric pressure the next two turns.

The Ice User focuses his chakra into the area surrounding the opponent, causing the air surrounding them to drop in temperature severely and instantly, causing the air they breathe to freeze the saliva(can also be breathed in through the nose with a faster effect because the nasal passages are closer to the brain) inside of the opponents mouth to the roof of their mouth, causing a painful brain freeze that prevents the opponent from thinking for a few seconds(about five) as they are in pain(prevents build up of chakra also due to the focus being disrupted)

*Can only be taught Be Icemyster*

*I then activate Wolverine Mode Stage 2, boosting my speed,strenght, hearning, sense of smell and sensing abilities to extreme levels. I then start concentating chakra for my next technique while awaiting your move.*

Description: This second stage of the wolverine mode is way faster than the first one. It requires the user to be very calm and most important not in panic. The user performs a row of 4 hand seals and by covering his whole body in Wolverine chakra he can enter this 2nd stage. The senses of smell and hearing are increased dramatically – the user can locate his opponent’s location very easily and can know the kind of chakra nature is using against him (like lightning or fire for example for example). The speed also increases and it can reach up to the speed or Rock Lee without his weights. Strength is increased up to Raikage’s level without the ration armor. While in this form no genjutsu up to A rank (including A) won’t work on the user because of the wolverine chakra that blocks the disruption of the chakra flow.
• Lasts for 4 turns.
• Can only be used/taught by Akisha
• Once per battle.
• After the use of this mode, the user’s chakra will be limited for only 3 more turns and after they are over he wont be able to use chakra due to the hard pressure of the user’s mucles.
• Tis reactions of the user (after the use of the mode) will be much slower and he won’t be able to have that much time to react.
• The speed after use is also limited – the user won’t be able to run, and if he tries to walk it would be very slow.
• No S rank techniques or above at the first turn after the mode is over.

Sensing your chakra with my sword and using my enhanced handseal speed, as your atmospheric pressure technique starts to be released (there is already atmospheric pressure chakra around you), I preform 1 handseal.

(Genjutsu: Saru no Sobaeru) Illusion Technique: Prankster Monkey

Description: The user preforms 1 handseal, casting a genjutsu that affects the opponents' brain, making him loose control over his own techniques, by exaggerating on the proportions of said technique. For example, if the person goes to spit a fireball, the stream that is spat is bigger than usual, burning the face and anything near it. Or when the person runs electricity through his the body, loss of control makes it short-circuit and shock the body. Or when the user encases him/herself in earth, the earth constricts around the body, harming and preventing breathing. This does not serve to augment the damage of the technique, if the opponent manages to fulfill the technique, it just makes it backfire. This genjutsu doesn't work on every technique nor on every situation, the user must balance the usage of this technique with situations where increasing the technique would make it backfire. Only one jutsu is affected by the technique, the following ones will not be.
*The genjutsu will only affect people from the same rank and bellow. Sharingan users or other Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect one rank above*

While the first blades start to chop away the fungus near you, the remaining portion of the jutsu get's out of control. The already harmful technique backfires on you, shredding you to pieces, or, as you so kindly put on the description of your technique, leaving "nothing but a pile of dust". This before I preform the Black Orchid, since you stated the blades take full effect before the pillars reach the cannons. Also, wouldn't the blades, if they were to connect, push the cannons?

Anywho, as it backfires on you, the following explosion of uncontrolled atmospheric pressure should at least push the fungus and everything around you, the combined effort of the explosion and the already aimed fungus would be able to push the water away. It is significantly weaker than the jutsu intends, and much less capable of cutting as you no longer exist to keep it pressurized. The fungus/water/debris would weaken it even further, especially as my fungus is a opposite force to anything coming from you.

To protect myself, I quickly focus earth chakra around me, growing a large shell of concentrated rock.

(Doton: Kame no Nigasu) Earth Release: The Escape of the Turtle

Description: The user is able to quickly call forth a burst of Earth chakra from his body, almost immediately vanish inside a large turtle shell. The shell is made of thick earth and crystals, deeply compressed, which makes it an almost perfect defence against blunt or sharp attacks (The table of elemental weaknesses still maintains). With one handseal, the user can make the shell dismantle, and shoot outwards chunks of rock.
*Due to the chakra strain, the user won't be able to perform summoning jutsus in the next turn, nor use Earth jutsus higher than A rank, and in the next turn won't be able to use higher than S rank*
*The shell happens as fast or faster than Gaara's dome*
