Mid range I assume?

I start by throwing 3 shuriken at you, followed by pulling out a kunai and holding it in my left hand ready for your counter

~ Shin brought his kunai upwards towards his face before using it to deflect all 3 Shuriken to the ground. He then fired the tagged Kunai towards his adversary. With a smirk on his face, he stood alerted ready for the next move~

*lays under a withering tree on the outskirts of the battlefield, topless and smoking as a gentle desert breeze rolls by* ¬_¬ hmm.. looks like a fight is brewing

As I see the tagged kunai come towards me I throw the kunai in my hand at it to deflect it. Causing the tag (if it is infact explosive and not a fake) to detonate inbetween us. I then activate my Byakugan, jump over the smoke from the explosion in a twisting-flip motion, and throw two more kunai at you as I'm upside-down.

I land short-range away from you, keeping close watch on your movements the whole time

~ The explosion made him shift into a bit more alerted state, for the smoke was mandatorily blocking his opponent's location. Quickly he tagged the ground where he stood; this one different than the previous one. 'There you are' he thought as located his adversary in mid-air throwing Kunai towards him. Shinzu used right leg to propell his body into the sky and phenomenal velocity, leaving behind an after image that would surely fool most. Now 10 feet about his opponent, he fired 2 tagged Kunai's downwards towards. He then hurriedly tried to balance himself~

Using my Byakugan I both notice the tag on the ground, and (seeing as it doesn't have chakra) am not fooled by the after-image.

As I land and you throw your tagged kunai I use

to peel the tag off the ground, sending it flying, as well as deflect the two kunai to my left. They detonate somewhat close to me, causing me to lose my balance and begin falling to my right, but don't do any significant damage.

As I lose my balance and begin to fall I use the momentum of the fall to go into a forward hand-spring to the side, gaining a little distance towards your left.

When I land back on my feet I fire an air-palm at you and then begin running towards you

~ After balancing himself in mid-air, he tilted his upper body backwards allowing gravity to pull him down in a backflip. As he nears closer to the ground he noticed how his tagged kunai did very little to harm his opponent. A smirk ran across his face after noticing the tag which he had planted on the ground was slowly free falling to the ground just a bit in front him. He also noticed one of the few trees of this terrain was located behind him. Shin chuckled as his intelligence was being put to use. He charged towards the man with his upper body tilted foward and arms dragging behind him, casually letting the paper fall into his open palm; he continued charging towards the man like nothing happened.

Immediatly when he noticed his opponent's palm pointing in his direction he knew something was coming, yet he intelligently continued his run. The moment his opponent released his attack he hurried pulled his arms foward to brace the impact. His body flew backwards due to the sudden burst of air forcing him into multiple flips. As his body made contact with the tree, Shin simultaneously planted the tag onto it. Shin remained intact with the tree, grimmacing greatly as if he was really in pain. 'Somebody hand me an Oscar' he joked in his mind ~

As you're pushed into the tree and place the tag on it I release a barrage of air palms at you. As you're braced against the tree, it takes alot of the impact as well, causing the tree to crack a little after each one, and break/fall on you after the last

~ 'Slight change of plan' those thoughts were quickly followed by hasty movements. He ceased the acting and rushed out of the way to his right as his running opponent resumed the air blasts, but this time they were in numbers. “…Go” Upon those self-spoken words the tag on the tree became slightly luminescent with Chakra as it unleashed a fury of weapons, including Hira Shuriken (20) and tagged Kunai (20) They ripped through the air and pierce through the upcoming air blasts due to their monstrous velocity; which was enough to reach his opponent within a second. If not for those air blasts they would have gotten to their target in less time.

Everything was examined to the even the most insignificant detail. Although it was his first time combating a Hyuuga, he had heard multiple rumored capabilities. Seeing as how his opponent was not fooled by the earlier after image, it became obvious that he was indeed able to see Chakra flow. The tag was intentionally placed upon the tree so that its slight luminescent glow of chakra would intermingle with the Chakra of the tree and thus, potentially fooling even the Byakugan. The speed at which the weapons and his opponent traveled would leaved little time for him to stop and initiate the dome-like barrier of Chakra which he utilized earlier. And seeing how the weapons covered a horizontal span of 40 feet, lateral escape is futile. “Set & Match…” ~

I have a few problems with your move

1) If you have enough time to get out of the way, I would as well. Especially since I'm running at you, not at the tree. So if you move out of the way, I would change direction as well.

2) The tree itself doesn't have chakra. So I would see the chakra in the tag as it's about the release the moves and be able to get out of the way.

3) The air palms would deflect the shuriken and kunai and such

As I see you move out of the way of the tree, and I see the chakra glow of the tag, I stop where I am and use

I have a few problems with your move

[ Lol, I do my homework. It’ll take time for me to give and comprehendible explanation- which I don’t have. So, assuming that part were to be voided, there'll still be the issue of avoiding the weapons seeing as they were fired as the tag was glowing (Thus, simultaneous ) So do you think your character would have enough time to stop after he saw the glow? And I'm being extremely generous to assume that your character came at an abrupt stop ]

[ Well um, unless he magically grew a wingspan of over 40 feet, no way in hell is he hitting all of those weapons ]

[ Good for Hinata ._. i just wanted to let you know that unless your character was black Jesus in flesh then no way would he have hit all of them because of the Tangential space they covered, and you acknowledge it and that's all I asked . There was no need to use Hinata as reference ]

I'd also like to proceed , but until all of these misunderstandings are expluged I can't.

Just because you say the kunai/shuriken can go fast enough to pierce an the air palms, doesn't make it so. For anything that would make them faster/stronger than normal thrown weapons there would need to be a jutsu for it. Otherwise, they're just as powerful as normally thrown ones, which can be deflected by air palms.

And I didn't say that I'd be hitting all of them at the same time. I said I hit each of them as they near me. So if not all of them get near me, than I'm obviously not hitting them all.

I think all your points have been addressed now. Meaning that should we continue, it'd be picked up right after I defend the projectiles and as I'm about to start the giant rotation, unless you can't block that, in which case we start right after you're hit by it.
