I don't get how Obito is afraid of Itachi when he just said that. If Itachi wasn't scared of Obi, why didn't he just walk up to him and use Amaterasu instead of implanting it in Sasuke's eye?

Before Itachi died it's stated he never told a single truth though... Also Obito taijutsu and other ninja skills were severly weak compared to Kakashi and Itachi so there is no way Obito trained him.

he was supposed to be a good guy caring for his village and stuff,and he was the only guy from konoha who knew what was happening about the bijuu capturing plan,he wanted him dead but he couldnt kill him thats the only truth.
Itachi said the current Madara is a shell of his former self,current Madara was Tobi,a shell of his former self means a weaker version of Prime Madara which was Tobi,and Itachi admited inferiority to that,he need EMS to compete with Obito.

EXACTLY.

Knowing Itachi, he wouldn't just say a lie for the hell of saying it. There has got to be a reason. And telling Sasuke that Obi was his trainer and lying about it would be just a waste of breath. He wouldn't say something like that if it was just a lie. Itachi lied for a REASON. Obi being his mentor, I think, isn't a lie at all.

It was probably the combination of Shisui and Itachi himself. Since Itachi's specialty is genjutsu then Shisui def could have played a role in the training.

It's not only genjutsu

Shishui's ideals = Itachi's ideals
Shishui was known as Shishui of the Body flicker, and its obvious that Itachi is incredibly skilled in the body flicker jutsu, he uses it alot
Then there's genjutsu, which I don't even need to talk about

Add that to the fact that Shishui was like an older brother to itachi, I doubt these things are coincidences

But yea, after leaving the village, Itachi would have self thought himself

He was in the ANBU and had a lot of natural talent. He would definitely have been helped by his father and Shisui with his sharingan and other clan tech. Other than that he probably he mostly did it himself and maybe Danzo helped him. It is actually possible that Obito might have taught him some kinjutsus that he learned from Madara given that Itachi was still technically just 13 when he joined Akatsuki. But still, what training do you really need when you have a Mangekyou Sharingan. Sasuke has had zero training I think since he killed Orochimaru and he has gone from High Jounin level to High Kage level, Amaterasu-ing every ant that crosses his way. Uchiha power seems more to do with feelings than training.

Itachi was in AMBU and had ties wit Danzo in Root were He might have received training from Danzo Himself. Remember The Uchiha Massacre was probably Danzo plan in the first place,it has His flavor on how things are supposed to be done.
