accumulates onto the original. 100/12= at least 8 years of training within that month. Not that Naruto was

You're basically saying the same thing. Sasuke was born with natural talent due to him being an Uchiha. And yes, praising him would be equivalent to praising a son of a billionaire for being rich. But the correspondence is real. Naruto is like someone who was born poor and worked hard to become rich like Sasuke was naturally.
