Sasuke trained for 3 years. Naruto trained for 1month and was handed Kurama.

Please stop. All of them have been training since they became genin.

As for who trained harder. Naruto because everything is harder for him compared to a prodigy like Sasuke. Its the point of their character relationship/comparison.

Sasuke learns faster, is smarter, and more skillful. He just builds on what he already has boiling in his blood. Naruto literally had to start from scratch slowly crawling up until he found a way to make training go easier for him.

Dude.. naruto is far physical stronger than Sasuke. Sasuke reached his physical limit after 3 years of training. No more room for him to grow in that area. That's where his spiritual area got plenty of room to grow(MS, EMS, rinnegan).

Yeah a lot from him. If that methods was offered to Sasuke, he would've done the same too. If plot-no-jutsu offered the same methods to Sasuke, he would've taken them and handle it just like Naruto or better due to being a prodigy and have a reason to not fail.

Sasuke's a Prodigy of the Uchiha clan head. He already had the edge from birth. Plot was on Sasukes side also and in the end they were equal, so whats to complain about?

So the training had the same effect it would take if he did it in years. But, worse because felt all the tireness and soreness at one time.
