This may be a stupid idea to propose but, The sage of the six paths was an uzamaki. We all know nagato was the second holder of the rinnegan and we also know that he was an uzamaki because of the trade mark red hair of the uzamaki. Naruto only avoided the red hair because his father was a bad ass. Anyways, naruto could very well be a direct descendant of the sage of six paths and have the unknown ability to access the rinnegans power.

and we still don't know how nagato really get that rinnegan tobi sad that he gave to him but i don't belive to him he lied to sasuke too...
(My theory is that nagato get that rinnegan cause when he saw his parents were killed by konoha ninjas it suffered him so much and he got very big trauma and what's how he got the rinnegan like MS some uchiha need to suffer to unlock it)

Actually,in the chapter where he fights Konan,when he goes to take Nagato's body he says something about his trademark Uzumaki Red hair turned white.
