Who takes the top 5 spot? Sasuke or Nagato

Nagato himself was severely crippled by the time he had mastered the Rin'negan [As far as we know], his real prime was the Six Paths of Pein, which are not on Sasuke's level, after Sasuke gained the Perfect Susano'o [This is of course, only assuming that the Perfect Susano'o is on the level of Madara's.]​

Sasuke owns Nagato. EMS Madara owns Nagato, he has the same abilities. Enton kirin kills him, he can't absorb something that's almost close to Minato's speed.
Nagato is top ten but probably 7 or 8.

But guys, what counters does Sauce have to shinra tensei? Chibaku tensei? Rinnegan link? Seeing the chakra formed in Sausage's eyes before ameterasu? Feeling pressure before ameterasu? Preta Path? The only thing that might put Sauce over Nagato is PS, which frankly is countered several times over. Sasuke literally has nothing that Nagato hasn't seen from Itachi, so I don't see how Sasuke takes this.

Between Sasuke and Nagato, Sasuke wins. His sussano is quite powerful, he may not be as experienced as Madara with Sussano, but he clearly is extremely good with it and it is likely its a PS. PS is on the level of the more powerful bijuu. A normal Sussano as a defense blocks most things Nagato can dish out and I don't think Nagato is physically strong enough to break it. I dont think Nagato has any move to get past a PS though.

ANYWAYS, even though Sasuke beats Nagato, why would either be in the top 5?

The top five ninja we have seen are clearly:

1. Itachi
2. Obito
3. Kakashi
4. Hashirama
5. Madara

And Sasuke and Nagato aren't even on the sixth or seventh spot because at the very least Naruto and and Minato take those spots. At the very least they are fighting for 8th place.

I'm still undecided by that one. It seems like Sasuke has PS, which would help put him over Nagato IMO. But we still haven't seen many feats from this new PS, what if it's not as strong as Madara's? So according to PS hype, I'd say he's above Nagato. Without it, he lacks the destructive power to fully take Nagato out.

Of course Sasuke will win, 10/10 no contest.

He's too fast, his Susanoo is near indestructible which negates Chibaku, arrows will oneshot Nagato due to it's immense speed.
