I'm still undecided by that one. It seems like Sasuke has PS, which would help put him over Nagato IMO. But we still haven't seen many feats from this new PS, what if it's not as strong as Madara's? So according to PS hype, I'd say he's above Nagato. Without it, he lacks the destructive power to fully take Nagato out.

Well... I'd still say Nagato is slightly stronger, but i'll admit that Sasuke is closing in on him. If it turns out that his Perfect Susanoo is actually as strong as Madara's even when he's not connected to Naruto's chakra, then yea.

In that case it'd put him above Nagato. But to be honest... I doubt that is the case at the moment.

Not sure, but I think Susanoo could withstand that. Then, there's the cool down period and an arrow might be able to close that distance during the time frame.
