Who shouldered the most? Naruto Or Sasuke?

It takes much more strength to help others than to help yourself. So in my book its Naruto who had it harder.

Don't forget Naruto took on Sasuke's pain too, which is something Sasuke never did for others.

Sasuke took on everybody's pain that was what the final fight was for he wanted to channel everybodies pain and hatred towards his self. Something naruto could never do he couldn't even answer pains questions.

Because he endured and tried to change the view everyone had of him. Sasuke suffered a lot too, but I don't see his approach (revenge) as a form of shouldering as much as victim blaming.
Truth is, no fanboying now, is that Itachi was the one who shouldered more
