Who should have been a Kage?

Im just wondering what character that hasn't been a Kage should be one or should have been one. It does not matter if they are dead or alive. I think Itachi and Jiraiya would have made perfect Hokages. Any opinions?

If Shikaku had a bit more strength, then he would be the perfect candidate IMO.

J-man is to carefree but I guess he would make a good kage, Itachi is just overall good, with people, with wits and with power, Yahiko because he understands the people best, Adult Naruto he still has to mature mentally a little bit more, Kakashi is all around a good person but I think he isnt Kage material when it comes to his physical extent but idk, Asumawould make a good Kage, learning from his father and his technique would definitely strengthen, a good version of Nagato (from what we know), Bee is to irresponsible to be Kage but he definitely has the power and Shikamaru/Shikakku have the wits but not the power to be Kage.

some of the things I think a Kage needs.
1. Power - This is one thing that is respected and admired in the shinobi world.
2. Influence and charisma - Your village elders and jounins and the Fuedal Lords needs to like you and value what you say.
3. Knowledge and Experience - About the shinobi world, its past and present political climates, etc.
4. Wits and Wisdom - The intellect to find the best coarse of action and the wisdom to to succeed.

So this is my list of hokages
1. Jaraiya
2. Kakashi
3. Shikaku
4. Itachi
5. Asuma

Kakashi should be Hokage, or Itachi if he was still alive.

Both of them are smart, they are stong and they can not easily be fooled or tricked.

Or Naruto and as his Consiq Shikamaru.
