You people base your arguments on what you've seen only. Who knew that Minato could stop a TBB? But he did. Who knew that Hashirama could take on EMS Madara(Perfect Susano'o)? But he did.

I really don't know why Kishimoto hasn't shown more on Hiruzen, but I wish he would so we can end these arguments.

Because he is not important in part 2! Why do you think we saw hashi's and madara's statue at the end of part 1!! because shit is about to get real

And what do you need to hold that staff while pushing the damn beast back? And that's Hiruzen's personal summon... why would you exclude Enma from the fight, when he uses it on almost every fight?

And Hiruzen(+Enma) makes Mokuton look like twigs.

I didn't exclude Emma from the fight. The damn staff extended the speed from it extended provided more force than hiruzen or Enma could on his own. Saying that hiruzen pushed Kurama out of th village is giving him way too much credit.

Hiruzen + Enma is formidable, but the fist has extensive knowledge in seal techs doesn't he? As well as using multiple wooden clones? Hiruzen + Enma wouldn't be as lopsided as you think.

because ppl flip out when i suggest that minato could summon ma and pa even though he signed a contract with toads.
If something like this which has a good probablity is not accepted

why should something be accepted like hiruzen had an OP jutsu that would demolish TBB when it has never been hinted?

That's just people being stupid. It was never hinted that he could use Sage Mode. Hiruzen on the other hand has shown great strength and was praised for many things.

I never mentioned madara or perfect susanoo. Hiruzen knows earth techs so he might have been able to pull madara out of susanoo who knows . I also never said hiruzen didn't know anything the first knows, what I said was th first more than likely knows a sealing tech to negate Enma out of the fight and if not he has his wood clones.

What about naruto? Ma and pa don't fuse with naruto and "allow" him to use sage mode. He does it with out them.

i love how people say hashirama being called the strongest shinobi ...is not valid..its as valid as hiruzen being called god of shinobi...in fact the manga also stated hiruzen was called< or known as ...never did it say He was...if it did there would be no arguement ..+ the manga stated when oro said u gona let them kill you little by little as they toy with you? ...the minute he got into the genjutsu ...thats when he lost. the rest won by plot.

Without voting, ill go and say that each Kage has their strengths it just so happens that the 1st had more. he is descending from the Sage of 6 Paths much like Madara after all. But the fact is we can't tell who would win because knows what Hiruzen would of done with his back to the wall, the real question is how powerful are Naruto and Sasuke now huh? they both have acquired new resolve abilities and it seems like those two are the next Madara and Hashirama I would even go on a limb and say that Madara is only as strong as he is because he cant exhaust his chakra since he is some mindless puppet. Think about the level of jutsu he was spewing like water, that would of drained so much chakra what was it like twenty susanoos and the 1st's power as well. Come on, no longer human ringing any bells.
