This is what I don't understand(unless it is a HUGE translation error)

Why would obito say earlier that kakashi LET rin die when we just clearly see Kakashi pretty much just killed Rin(don't give me it's a clone, Kakashi is clearly crying)

And obito saw it..

I know I'm just gonna have to wait for more chapters. Just confused on that part.

And if Kakashi did kill Rin for any reason, and Obito witnessed it, why didn't Obito confront Kakashi? Why didn't Obito ask Kakashi why? What didn't Obito reveal himself for Rin's funeral? Why didn't Obito try to use Zetsu's white goup to try and save Rin's life? Didn't he think that the same stuff keeping him alive would also work to keep her alive too?

And Kakashi, with the sharingan who can see people who are using invisibility jutsu, can't see Obito? If Obito is close enough to see Kakashi kill rin then Kakashi is close enough to see Obito (and Kakashi, as we know, is very observant). So why didn't he see a half-human/half-zetsu monster in a black cloak on the battlefield?

no i wont hate him because his good deeds has surpased his bad ones and thats all that counts i love the guy and if he killed rin i'll love him more cause there's no use of weak ninja's in a shinobi world and rin was weak

Rin was just a character who held up the plot- she had to be killed in order for Tobi's actions to be justified.
So... I wouldn't hate Kakashi or anyone if they killed the little fodder. :|

This is a manga were characters can steal identities of others and you're just going to take the last page without an explanation as fact. You should wait until this part is explained before telling people to deal with things

I'll hate him if his reasoning was in order to pull a Kisame AKA to kill her for the sake of preserving intel. If he did it for some reason via Zetsu, Genjutsu, or as a mercy kill to prevent her from suffering then not at all, but if he has no reasonable or good justification for going back on who he became when Obito "died" then I'll lose a decent amount of respect for his character.
