Naruto was raise by Ambu and Wet nurses and taut the minimum skills to survive in a society,thats why Naruto's social skills were retarded by the people raising Him Iruka had nothing to do with Naruto till Naruto entered the Academy. It's a miracle a baby basicaly raise Himself.

I guess the konoha nursing center. We saw a glimpse of something like that in one of the recent fillers, where Mikoto takes Sasuke and Itachi to visit baby Naruto in an infirmary/orphanage of sort. So maybe some nurses took care of him, assuming they weren't scared.

That was the nursery at the hospital. It's merely a place where they keep babies so the mom has a chance to rest after giving birth. The accomodations are very temporary.

By the time Naruto was born, Kakashi was 14. They had some picture of the Anbu filler and it stated he was 14. Either way he was cold around his early 20's. He's like 9 years older than Itachi.
