Who nurtured Naruto as an infant?

True, Hiruzen gave him quarters and Iruka raised him, but who nursed him as a baby? Hiruzen's wife was killed, so it couldn't have been her and Iruka resented him for a long time. Could Hiruzen have done it after all?

I guess the konoha nursing center. We saw a glimpse of something like that in one of the recent fillers, where Mikoto takes Sasuke and Itachi to visit baby Naruto in an infirmary/orphanage of sort. So maybe some nurses took care of him, assuming they weren't scared.
