Who killed Itachi?

I dont even think Sasuke fans believe Sasuke defeated Itachi, its manga canon Itachi could have killed him if he wanted so(Obito's words).

He isnt perfect! He's just really good in all aspects of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu! He's a prodigy of one of the best and strongest clan's in the world! He has seen horrific sights in war at the age of 4. He would sacrifice his own life to protect his brother or his village, and he has! Also...as ironic as it is, he doesnt like to fight one bit...so he ends all his battles in under a minute!

But u know .. This is not the solution .. It will result only another Hate thread .. this cycle will continue .. Actually Itachi was already near death and his chakra was the only thing sustaining him. The fight with Sasuke was his way of passing on his legacy to Sasuke and dying on his own terms. Without the sickness Itachi would still be alive.
