Topic says it all. He was revived in a relatively young state, I say late 30s to mid 40s, so who killed him? Like damn I cant imagine anyone from that era beating that Senjutsu Buddha thing so who defeated him? How did Hashirama die?

He possibly died from disease.
Kimimaro and Itachi had some unknown disease as well.
In DBZ, Goku in one timeline, died from a heart disease.
Kishi is a DBZ fan, so I wont find it weird if Hashirama died from a disease as well.
